Pierrette Requier originaire du Peavine Creek dans la région de la Rivière la Paix colonisée par ses grands parents Émile et Anne Marie Lucas, est membre de la Société Stroll of Poets d’Edmonton et des Déesses de l’écriture, 4 voix, 4 voies! Her poetry has appeared in Legacy Alberta’s Heritage Magazine, Writing the Land Anthology, Other Voices, Journal of Literary and Visual Arts, Conjunction (Calgary Stroll), and Crossing Place (Red Deer Festival). For the last ten years, she has been involved in spoken word performances as a student, facilitator and performer – both in French and English.
